Terms of Service

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may use this website to learn about our programs, request a tour and contact us. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but program details, ages served, hours, availability and staffing can change. Nothing on this website is an offer of a place, and information here does not replace our enrolment agreement.

Submitting a tour request or enquiry form does not reserve a place for your child. Places are confirmed only through our enrolment process and the signed enrolment agreement, which governs the care we provide.

Any tuition, fee or discount shown on this website is indicative and subject to change. The amounts that apply to your family are the ones set out in your enrolment agreement and invoices.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through this site, and you confirm you have the right to share any information about a child that you provide.

The text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to The Kid Kave Early Learning Center or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

This site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kid Kave Early Learning Center is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
